It includes 2–3 guided cycles: sauna (10–15 minutes), cold plunge (2 minutes), and recovery (5 minutes).

Everything is structured you can simply focus on the experience while we take care of the timing.

What are the benefits of sauna?

What's the difference between a Finnish sauna and a steam room?

A Finnish sauna uses dry heat at 85–100°C with low humidity (10–20%).
A steam room uses humid heat at around 45°C.

The physiological effects are different: a Finnish sauna produces more intense sweating and a stronger cardiovascular response.

Are there any contraindications to using a sauna?

Sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy, in cases of uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, or severe hypertension.

Can you use the sauna without the cold plunge?
